Good Command over Language.
Complete knowledge of all kind of software issues ( Virus, windows, operating system issues, printer issues, routers, internet.)
Experience in technical sales only.
• Must Have Experience in Outbound /Inbound Tech Support /Sales for more than 8 months to 1 year
• Must know how to close their own calls.
• Must have good convincing skills.
• Must have Experienced in handling calls of printers, routers, and antiviruses
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, iPhone, iPad
