Takes complete responsibility for hygiene, maintenance and cleanliness of area under his/ her control, to meet hotel standards.
• Responsible for keys under his/ her control to ensure safety and security of guests and hotels property.
Provides effective amenity services in guest rooms.
• Responsible for maintaining all equipment, carpets fixtures of the area under his/ her control.
Assists in effective handling of uniforms and linens.
• Responsible for handling Housekeeping desk efficiently by coordinating with concerned persons as well as constant follow up.
• Attends and learns through behavioral and vocational training in own and related work areas to enhance skills and develop multi-functionality.
Attends training on fire safety security systems.
• Shares skills with all departmental employees especially through on the job. training for new comers.
• Coordinates with all related departments to provide prompt, courteous efficient service to the customer (internal/ external).
Builds and maintains friendly and personal relationship with guests.
