Job Description

1. Must ensure all team members are performing their duties on time
2. Must plan the work load and distribute work load among employees
3. Must check all the emails sent to clients by other employees
4. Must work with employees and ensure 100% productivity
5. Must coordinate with US client relationship manager on day today activities
6. Must coordinate with the HR when new recruitment is needed
7. Must have weekly meeting with all employees about performance update
8. Must have meeting with management about new client accounts and job duties
9. Must train new employees on their job function and day today duties
10. Must multi-task and work with minimal supervision
11. Must coordinate with our US clients on their job requirement
12. Must have excellent proficiency in English, grammar, vocabulary
13. Must be highly proficient with excel, power point and word
14. Must have minimum 3+ years managerial experience
15. Must have at least bachelors degree
16. Must be located in Chennai
17. Must have experience working for international BPO
18. Must have experience working in night shift
19. Must be extremely punctual with timings
20. Must be very professional and motivated
21. Must have excellent command over his English
22. Must have people management and project management experience
23. Must have experience managing international BPO projects
24. Must have an experience of minimum 1-2 years as an operations manager.
