Job Description

uality process Development, Implementation and support including internal audits and quality improvements, Information security / Data security certification , implementation and audit functions handling, Software configuration management etc.,
Responsible for Quality process Development, Implementation and support.
Carry out internal audits
Support and training the teams on the process implementation and improvement
Co-ordinate for Management review meetings
Good at RCA, Corrective and preventive action initiation
Metrics development, monitoring and measurement
Co-ordinate with external agencies on certification / audit activities
Exposure / Knowledge on Software configuration management experience
Project management office exposure
ISMS (Information security) Experience / Certification / Implementation is desirable
Shall be experienced in ISO 9001, CMMI up to Level 5, Good at Agile, Scrum, Lean, SIX Sigma and IT Service Management.
Trained as Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, CMMI Implementation and facilitation experience.
Exposure to Project management concepts is an add advantage.
Experienced in S/F products, Hosted environment in BFSI, Payments etc.,
