Manage a team of around 15-20 people of Sales Agent working towards pre-defined targets.
Ensure prompt and accurate service delivery by an individual for achievement of targets/SLA & KPI.
Close co-ordination with U.S. Based HNI Clients and Team on Weekly/Monthly Basis.
Responsible for staff retention in the team and assist in recruitment, Induction, Training of New Tele-Callers for their respective team.
Ensure quality of Incoming & Outgoing calls through proper screening to maintain company standards for good customer service
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls for improving quality to get maximum results.
Identify training / coaching needs of the team members and providing the same.
Prepare MIS and Reports for management regarding future forecast, Sales Achievement, Quality Improvising & other areas of scope.
Ability to set targets and coach/motivate team towards achieving their sales targets.
To ensure team achieve productivity and quality roster adherence.
Good Communication Skills
Minimum 4-5 Years of experience in Outbound Sales Process
Atleast 2 Years experience in Team Handling
International Sales Process Experience Mandatory
