i) Responsible a handling a team of Equity Relationship Manager who would be interacting with Retail and HNI clients for conversion , Retention , advisory and acquisition and driving business .
ii) Responsible for Revenue generation , number of client converted and acquired and business generated from the respective catchment .
iii) To handle clients , provide service support and enhance revenues and acquire HNI clients
iv) To conduct Knowledge programs for customers investing in Equities and product penetration .
v) Responsible for product knowledge and competency building of team and implementations of processes for sales efficiency.
