Job Description

Developing and maintaining relationships with MNC clients and large corporate .

The role involves market development/business development with specific targets for business and income generation .
To increase product penetration in the existing relationship to enhance the value of relationship
Building business solutions around dealings with principal customer and maximize revenues through cross sell.
Involves handling Asset Products, Liability products, Trade Finance Products, Foreign Exchange and Cash Management Services in addition to getting credit approvals and preparing proposals.
Meet the revenue and asset targets for the assigned portfolio.
Meet the customers regularly to explore business opportunities and respond to their queries.
Prepare Credit approval notes as per credit and risk management practices of the bank.
Coordinate with Credit and other departments in the bank to ensure timely approval and disbursement of credit limits.
Execute necessary post sanction documentation and comply with the approved product terms to ensure prompt draw-down under the approved facilities.
Ensure compliance to internal, regulatory policies and procedures.
Develop long term business relationships with customers.

Required Profile: * Candidate must possess MBA/CA with 2-5 years experience
Good knowledge on various corporate banking, trade and treasury products
Good credit and analytical skills are essential
Should have excellent relationship skills and prior experience in handling corporate customers
Should be target oriented and willing to take responsibilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills - with a basic level of sophistication in personal interaction and grooming
Should have a self-starter orientation and confident personality
