Proven track record of success in a recruiting role, having had responsibility for screening, interviewing and hiring for multiple positions
Source talent both through filling open requisitions as well as through proactive talent pooling techniques, regularly keeping any such talent pools
Analyzes the recruitment requirement, prepares the recruitment dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes.
Analyzes the performance of recruitment agencies, the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements
Hands on experience in campus recruitments
Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them
Oversee the development of a recruitment strategy which is in line to the expansion of the various projects.
Negotiate salaries with candidates based on available salary scale criteria.
Perform any other task that assigned time to time.
