1. Looking for a T24 Techno-Functional analyst with broad knowledge & 3 yrs + demonstrable exp in T24,
2. Technical design and support. Prior experience & background of ability to work in support centre / Competency Centre environment to trouble shoot issues while work under pressure to support business users
& other IT users who require support and provide T24 expertise.
1. Analyst must have experience to trouble shoot across T24 and TCIB applications, TWS integration, infrastructure platform including experience with TAFC framework.
2. Analyst should also have broad background and experience in technical design and behavior of T24 / TCIB solution to be able to deliver
3. Technical knowledge of T24 Core modules design and behavior
4. Accounting & Finance behavior of T24 is a must and experience and supporting reconciliation/corrections of GL is an advantage
5. Ability to analyse and troubleshoot COB issues is a must
6. Background and understanding on payments modules is a must to trouble shoot issues
7. Background and understanding to troubleshoot interface issues is a must (ex : Cards)
8. Technically, be able to troubleshoot and support at least many layers of the infrastructure stack components and integration touch points is essential
(T24, TCIB, TAFC, DB2, MQ Web Sphere, Unix Scripting, LDAP, Single Sign-on, etc.)
