Job Description

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English is must

- Should have basic knowledge on ITIL process

- Meet established service level metrics for call response, technical support and customer service

- Use Remote Desktop to assist the end users as required.

- Performs L2 level of remote troubleshooting and resolution to address various Windows desktop, Apple Mac devices, basic network troubleshooting, basic AD / DNS / DHCP troubleshooting.

- Performs L2 level of activities in respect of workstation patching, application packaging, Image management and deployment of desktop OS Images, software distribution through SCCM on Windows end points and through Casper Suite on Mac devices.

- Ability to efficiently and effectively perform the technical requirements, solid trouble shooting, problem solving and analytical skills, excellent pro-active verbal skills and communication skills.

- Willingness to work in a rotational shift 24*7
