As the Strategic Account Manger you would help create footprints in digital lending space through alliances, partnerships and relationship management. Our client is a NBFC providing diversified financial services for corporate and individuals. Key Responsibilities: - Be the Revenue Owner- Farming existing clients and Hunting new clients. - To be the single point of contact for the client. - Regular Interaction with client's various teams i.e Business, Product, technology, Process transformation, Compliance, Legal, Credit, Risk, Operations etc. - Responsible for building a road map for each partnership to scale-up the business. - Should have the ability to see through clearly the changes required to bring the transformation in the existing process with the client and take initiatives to help scale-up the partnerships. - Deepen existing relationship by extension of Product lines - Increase revenue by keeping a keen eye on profitability. - Analyzing client's performance and have regular interactions with the P&L owners from the client side. - Prospecting and sourcing of new strategically important partnerships. - Ensuring that the new relationships are smoothly on-boarded in coordination with Credit & Risk, Technology, Operations, and Accounts. - Concept Selling of multiple value added services and products in the Fintech space. Desired Candidate Profile: Key Skills: - Experienced Sales and Business Development in Banking or NBFC. - Must have some understanding of digital ecosystem in financial services. - Experience of interacting with senior business leaders and managing strategic client relationships for the organization. - Strong Communication, Analytical, and Negotiation Skills.
