Product Management: Ordering and organizing orders in sufficient quantities to guarantee customer satisfaction and enough sales stock. Organization of merchandise in the store and stockroom (placing of alarm tags, controlling and counting merchandise, defining priorities for outgoing merchandise. Organize garments received in the stockroom according to Companys criteria. Regularly inform Commercial Direction and Product Management about the acceptance of the garments in the store, customers requests and feedback, etc. Organize periods of sales and stock control (inventories).
Store image: Making sure the stores image is maintained: windows display, staff image (uniforms), furniture and other decorations. Coordination/Merchandise criteria: organizing work with staff according to photographic details. Changing the distribution of garments according to sales.
People Management: Organizing rotas and Leaves. Managing and motivating staff. Building up a healthy culture by fostering organizational Values and maintain discipline in the Store. Impart training to store staff and equip them with the skills to understand and fulfill consumer needs. Identifying and developing potential employees. Supervise and maintain a good relation with 3rd parties working at the store such as housekeeping and guards.
Control of installations: Correct operation of air conditioning, security and fire alarms, opening and closing the store; physical inventory, stock control.
