Job Description

Operates the storage center in a manner to contain operational cost and increase maximization of revenue objectives
Conveys the features and benefits of our storage facility to customers
Provides excellent sales and customer service to prospective and current customers
Responsible for ensuring cleanliness and sound repair of building and equipment
Executes all documents associated with leasing; maintains all required tenant documentation in an orderly manner
Keeps the office open and staffed during designated business hours
Makes daily bank deposits and prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports as required
Assists in preparing units for auction, vacate as prescribed by law and approved by Regional Manager
Notifies Regional Manager of all maintenance items requiring attention in a timely manner
Coordinates and oversees the efforts of the Assistant Storage Manager
Controls delinquencies on a daily basis
