1) Upsell/Cross sell/Retention and renewals: To identify the opportunity of cross-sell, upsell and customer retention along with receivable management thereby creating revenue through new agreement signups from customers in FY 16-17
2) Content Usage: To ensure high level content absorption in the schools. Identify gaps through regular interaction and provide coaching/training on the content timely.
3) Collections: To ensure collections against invoices raised in current year (17-18) and last year.
4) Customer Issues: Conduct regular visits/calls along with the Academic Services Team and sort issues amicably.
5)Post Sales In charge: To handle post business development functions by coordinating with delivery department for fast program implementation.
6)Data Analysis: To perform detailed data analysis and competition study for deeper penetration and growth.
- Must have 3+ years of experience in Education Sales facing school owners
- Must have an orientation towards performance, along with exceptional work ethics
- Should have an understanding of school sales process and triggers, barriers
- Should have bias for quality ALONG WITH a sense of urgency and respect for timelines
- Should be organised and detail oriented (readily articulate how many, when, what budget etc)
- Should be a multitasker by nature
