Coordinate staff recruitment; Exp: 10-15 years; Work Experience -Minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience required.-Should have good exposure to mass/bulk-hiring.-Should have knowledge of BPO working and B2B Business and have relevant work experience in related fields Preferred Skills Must be available to work a flexible work schedule (occasional nights and weekends may be required).Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Lateral / Bulk /Special hiring experience and other staff loading strategies for BPO environment (outbound process/sales) and knowledge of IT hiring preferred Skilled in soliciting input and proactively evaluating business, client and candidate needs.Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and colleagues/team Strong problem solving ability Must have worked in target based environment Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond current role openings and identify strong industry talent.PC skills / MS Excel Skills and desire to work with new and innovative technology.Ability to accurately and articulately document information.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.Job Description Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff across India and Philippines.Solely responsible and accountable for all recruitment activities, team management and required output.Provide Advice, Coaching, Pacing, Targets, etc. and assistance to Recruitment Executives on staff recruitment.Manage team of 10-15 recruiters/executives and ensure the weekly and monthly targets are met.Design and drive team KRAMonitor team performance and ensure timely and effective feedback are shared on performance improvements.Liaise with respective stakeholders/Practice-Owners to understand the business requirements and take feedback related to recruitment.Ensure step-wise recruitment and interview process is followed to ascertain high standards of recruits.Prepare Referral Plans and advertisements for vacant staff positions via effective communication both internally and externally.Drive walk-ins, daily foot-falls& Vendor drives to improve candidate incoming ratio.Manage and engage vendors and their effectivenessCompetition Mapping and analysis Schedule and organize interviews in effective way to improve quality of hiring.Administrative responsibility ? Manage portals and subscriptions and advise team on effective usageMIS Prepare reports on recruit status details, Hiring requirement, deficit, Joining and related MIS.If needed, conduct and co-ordinate Background Verification (BGV) for candidates and share complete reports to HR-Employee relations team.Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place Ensure completeness of valid joining documents from the New Hires on the day of the Induction Itself.Set up processes as per industry-wise best practices to improve the Overall recruitment process.Monitor any non-compliance or malpractices during and after the recruitment process and ensure appropriate action as per Organization Policies.Retention of new hires for at least 30 days in the organization. Any attrition (especially Performance /Behavioral separation) within the said time frame would impact the performance stacks negatively. This is to ensure screening of quality/best/deserving candidates only.Co-ordination of planned and effective Induction along with completion of all joining formalities.
