Designing, organizing & conducting induction training for an easy transition of new colleagues in the organization.
Preparing Annual and Monthly Training Calendar and communicating of the same to the relevant participants as per schedule.
Filling & distribution of appraisal forms of all employees, collection and follow up with the concerned departmental head
