Expertise especially around Curriculum design for large blended training programs incorporating live classroom, virtual, and OnDemand just-in-time learning modalities.
Experience in designing gamified classroom workshops and business simulations for training.
Collaboration with Business Leaders/SMEs to consult and recommend optimum learning solutions
At least 12-14 years of experience in developing different training product types, such as curriculum design for ILTs/VILTs, WBTs, Job Aids, and QRCs.
Ability to: Research, analyze, design, and develop instructional materials for WBT, ILT, VILT, Brainshark, and OnDemand performance support
Desired Candidate Profile
Show proficiency with MS Office, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Familiarity with courseware development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Brainshark is desirable
Demonstrate excellent writing and project management skills
Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels
Extensive experience in working with a learning design and development team as a Lead Instructional Designer
Ability to write crisp and effective instruction and should have the eye for detail
Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with business leaders and identify learning outcomes for the specific training need
Must have created storyboards for various delivery formats, especially for complex, highly engaging classroom training solutions
Proficiency with classroom training design e.g. business simulations and use of gamification for learning
Must have worked with graphic designers in developing the end product within given timelines
