Basic troubleshooting experience needed along with knowledge on Operating Systems 6. Should have hands on experience or knowledge on ticketing tools 7. Configuring and Troubleshooting of MS OUTLOOK/ Lotus Notes- ability to solve the technical problems remotely 8. Knowledge of Software Installation 9. Troubleshooting the Hardware and Software problems Graduate in any degree.
