Configuration of Extended devices like dual screens and replace toner cartridges c. Utilize OEMs & run self-tests as prescribed d. Disk management, Disk Encryption, Wireless configuration e. Installation of Client OS, configuration of Servers OS, check utilization & availability 2. Endpoint Security: Anti-Virus Management, Check the status of updates as per SOP. 3. Client Applications: Installation & Configuration of Client applications as per SOP & basic trouble shooting using remote capture tools. KPIs: 1. Customer: 1 client appreciation per quarter zero escalations in a year. 1 Customer facing SIP per year. 2. Process: 100% achievement of response & resolution SLAs. 100% compliance to service management processes 3. Technology: Atleast one emerging technology training/ year. Atleast one technology certification/year. Graduate/Diploma.
