Strategize, conceptualize, plan and implement various marketing campaigns to grow the brands and talent within the Kids portfolio (YT channels and Live IPs) in a 360 manner, on-brand and within budget, with a focus on digital assets and live bookings. Deliver revenue and profitability targets and monitor the financial metrics of all the brands on a regular basis. Manage the Social Media portfolios of all brands/Talent within the kids division, and grow their presence through topical and timely programmes. Drive associations with the schools through focussed initiatives. Be able to motivate and inspire a 3rd party team to provide best-in-class solutions, great negotiation skills to cut best-in-class deals with vendors, media partners (ATL), digital partners (Google/YT/streaming services), on ground activation agencies, Schools, venues, malls, etc. Collaborate with repertoire groups to strategize, plan and implement timely and topical cross-pollination campaigns to maximize the potential of the tie-ups/platforms/mileage they can offer. Liaise with the Marketing and PR teams to identify ‘placement opportunities’ and achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media including social media. Build relationships and coordinate with 3rd party partners/suppliers etc. for premiums/merchandize. Ensure that a ‘premium’ positioning is maintained for all brands/talent, and this must translate across all activities/brand communication/collateral/merchandize/ social media messaging, etc. Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
Digitally savvy individual with 7 -9 years of experience in marketing and sales. Ought to have managed a P & L. Must have at least 2 years in businesses targeting kids. Digital marketing and event marketing experience is a prerequisite. Exposure to developing, maintaining and delivering highly innovative and cost effective marketing strategies to meet company objectives. A willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals. Ideally have good creative writing skills and a basic understanding of good design (knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a bonus). May come from the media, consumer, internet space.
