Expertise in implementation, roll-out, support & maintenance, shared services model, development & testing services.
Ability to engage clients at CXO level to highlight business and value propositions in a consultative manner.
Represent Oracle practice in client visits. Present practice capabilities, solution offerings and lead proposal defense.
Responsible for resource planning and manage expected utilization levels,
Responsible for achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Ensure that all service levels as defined in the IT SOW are met.
Work closely with sales team to identify & track new opportunities to closure. Educate sales team on Oracle capabilities, solution offerings and opportunities to look for to make inroads into new accounts or mine existing accounts.
BE/BTech/MS with 12 - 18 years of experience in software development field.
Good exposure to Oracle EBS and other Oracle platforms.
Exposure to delivery management, program management & large team management.
Should have handled teams in onsite/offshore model.
Should have experience leading large teams of 100+ resources in multiple delivery locations.
Should have handled a P&L of atleast 2 to 6 million USD.
Experience in pre-sales activities including preparing proposals, presentations, participation in customer workshops, high-level scoping, system study and recommendations.
