- Stored procedure, T-SQL - SQL Server, functions, Performance Issue handling.
- Atleast basic idea of Vb.Net
- Entity Framework
- Unit Test case writing.
- Business Libraries development.
- Knowledge of Design patterns
Preferred Technical Skills:
All the above plus the following:
- Able to mentor junior team members and resolve their technical issues.
- Code Review for the team members.
- Participate with team in process improvements.
- Strong Team handling experience if looking for Lead position.
- Ability to understand given requirement and design the solution by applying oops concept and design patterns.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot software, configuration and database related issues
- Good Communication skills.
- Client Interaction.
- Problem solving skills.
