The Engineer need to run daily report for all NC that are pending review
Review the Problem Description and Problem type using a defined template and identify incomplete Service orders
Contact SO/ NC Originator and work with him to complete the required information for a good SO/ NC.
Support US SME for day to day tasks required for NC management process.
Provide feedback/guidance for Customer Engineers on how to wrote good Problem statement
Perform analysis of the NC data to identify Systematic issues and to provide BU first cut of the date before we define top issues
Providing reports to Corporate Quality, BU and FSO Managements (Quality Dashboard, SCAR report) using Tableau
