o Carbon Black administration Day to day administration and operations of Carbon Black platform, setup access of users, Manage protection policies, Console health and dashboard reports etc.
o Carbon Black - Hands on experience with operational support for (Install, configure, monitor and maintain server and operating system. Working experience on Installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
o Carbon Black: Work with SODA team to ttroubleshooting, investigating specific incident, and deploy workaround as recommended.
o New end point onboarding - Install, test and deploy new end points
o Version upgrade - Participate in and support Carbon Black version upgrades.
o Expertise in WINS, DNS, DHCP & TCP/IP protocol suite and command line utilities
o Exposure to MS IIS configurations and troubleshooting, and command line utilities.
o Provide technical support on Access issues and performance tuning
o Performing scheduled maintenance activities such as security patching, backups etc as required
o Good understanding of working in distributed environment involving geographically located team and different time zones.
o Good business writing skills and effective presentations skills.
o Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Experience with security concepts / exposure to security tools such as access management, regulatory compliance
o Experience with windows platform security concepts and configurations
