Manage Internal and External audits, support pre-sales in Quality and Security Management inputs.
Evangelize Quality Management in the entire organization by imparting Training and continuous improvement initiatives in QMS and ISMS process frameworks.
Good Understanding of Waterfall, Iterative, Agile software development methodologies
Analysing organizational metrics performance and helping projects understand, evaluate and improve their performance quantitatively.
Establishing performance baselines and helping project teams to establish project level performance baselines using statistical methods.
Implementing various process models like CMMI and ISO
Scheduling, coordinating and conducting internal audits of Delivery projects and support functions
Evaluate process improvement proposals and deviations
Good Communication skills
Project Management Knowledge
Experience with Excel/Macros and ability to apply Statistical Analysis
