- Working experience in managing large Telecom Siebel CRM operations project
- Having 8+ years of managing project
- Hands on experience in a Maintenance project with level 2 and Level 3 support
- Define Operations support parameters
- Tracking and reporting incidents
- Handle co-ordination with various teams (Business / Partner / Management) for any escalations/issues.
- Keep track of daily activities/issues happening in both applications and do the follow ups till the closure with respective teams.
- Schedule monthly & weekly meetings with business teams and drive the same along with partners
- Conduct weekly ORMs.
- Participate in war room calls and communications if any severity issue.
- Prepare weekly reports for all the activities performed.
