Hands on Development experience of Form Customization, Business Rule, Client Script, Script Include, UI Policies, Security Rules and other objects of Service-Now.
Understanding of ITIL Concepts.
Administration & development knowledge of following modules(Not limited to):- o Incident, Problem, change, Release and Knowledge Management, Asset management and CMDB
Hands on experience in Service Request Creation.
Able to create/modify notifications and there trigger point.
Hands on experience in Service-Now reporting, gauges & dashboards.
Development experience of Content Management in Service-Now (Object like ESS page design)
Understand integration methodologies for Service-Now. E.G. LDAP, SSO, Import Sets etc.
Use of Record producers to create records in Service-Now.
Able to move Customizations through Update sets from sub-production instance to production instance. Understand update set logics like merge, roll back etc.
Understand Workflow editor & able to design workflow for various modules/catalogs and hands on experience on workflow activities for triggering approvals & fulfillment process.
Understanding on Service-Now Logs for troubleshooting & Adhere Service-Now best practices
