Job Description

CTC :- 18 to 20 Lakhs

Experience :- 12 years +

Location :- Delhi

Job Description :-

- Responsible for overall Setting up of Lithium Ion Field Service business for Servicing, Refurbishment and I&C sub-verticals

- Attend Operational Governance Meets with customers and work on time bound resolution of MOM

- Working towards operational excellence to clearly differentiate from competition

- Improving Service Business by entering into Annual Maintenance Contracts with telecom customers

- Attend Operational Governance Meets with customers and work on time bound resolution of MOM

- Interface Supply Chain Mgnt, O&M, deployment teams of Telecom Customers and resolve issues if any

- Service delivery to customers through an efficient and Satisfied dealer Network

- Contributing to improvement in Product Quality through timely quality product and Service feedback to plant

- Exigency management

- Receivable Management

- Continuous improvements through regular functional reviews

- Continuous behavioral and functional skill level of Field teams

- Maintaining system integrity to enhance Powerol as most trusted brand

- Coordination with associated teams

- Benchmarking with competition and act towards building on market leadership

QUALIFICATION:-

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engg
