The Delivery Management Coordinatoris responsible for the end to end order management activities of all the complex orders assigned and ensure that it is delivered with a clear understanding of its impact on customer service, with all risks to service identified and mitigated against. Ensure that suppliers & Vendors execute design instructions on time and in line with Vodafone build specifications. Should engage various stake holders at right levels to ensure that the orders are progressed without any huddles.
Effectively manage order deliveries on time for customer orders using the designated provisioning systems and processes. Should ensure that the charges pertaining to the orders are billed to the customer properly. Should coordinate with the accounts & service teams to overcome any huddles that stops the order from progressing. Responsible to manage & track the tasks and ensure that they are closed by their target dates. Also own the responsibility of record maintenance and data keeping.
