Create, review and enhance hiring strategy and model. Develophigh-level strategies and marketing plans to grow service vertical, i.e.service and process strategies and campaigns Internalsynergy within Accounts Receivable team and other departments and stakeholdersto capitalize on the potential business opportunity with Clients and keypartners. Providingknowledge and ideas to client Key SPOCs through regions / locations. Plan, Identifyand Implement the process briefing sessions and relevant training programs forstaff coaching and development, and their performance management. ContinuouslyInterlocking among regions (client stake holders, regional managers) andoperation s stakeholders to seek process improvement CTQs Atleast 12 years of working experience including minimum 6 years relevantexperience for this position. Able tothink creatively, result oriented and drives consistent vertical performance. Highlyproactive in keeping abreast with the latest trends in the recruitment industry Possessesstrong interpersonal and communication skills Strongmarketing and business acumen and good project management skills to grow recruitmentbusiness for various industries. Abilityto work under pressure and meet SLAs / deadlines. Travellingas per business needs.
