Development of application software for the optometric devices and software plattforms of Vision Technology Solutions.â€‚â€‚ Analyze customer requirements and technical requirements, and create a software design and architecture. that fulfills the requirements as basis for discussion with the technical lead. Analysis, adaption and integration of complex numerical algorithms for tasks like 3D image acquisition and reconstruction, image segmentation, feature recognition in a 3D environment, modeling of 3D data and data reduction. Translate the aforementioned mathematical algorithms into productive code, following the coding guidelines and using the defined technologies and tools. Create unit and integration tests to secure the quality of the code. Document the development outcomes following the internal standard operating procedures and in accordance with the applicable international norms, e.g. IEC 62304. Support product management and service teams in answering customer requests related to the software and solving customer issues. Report project status to the project leader, in terms of quality, budget and timeline. Monitoring of the newest technologies in the area of computer vision and machine learning, establish contact with academic institutions. Requirement Profile: A strong experience in professional software development and corresponding tool chains IDEs, unit tests, Version Control, CI (continuous integration), CMAKE, etc Sound experience in algorithm prototyping with Python/MatLab or equivalent Sound experience in 3D Models, machine learning and deep learning algorithms Sound experience in development of productive code in C/C++ Knowledge in development under C# in .net environment, REST and SOAP interfaces, XML/XSD Experience using agile development methods. Experience with project collaboration systems like MS TFS, Jiraâ. Experience in the devopement of applications running under MS Windows Embedded OS.
