OUR CLIENT OF HIGH REPUTE IS URGENTLY LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES:

Face-2-Face Interviews for the Shortlisted candidates will happen on Saturday (May.6.2017) in Pune office of our MNC Client.

Detailed Description:

Objective / Purpose of duty:

To plan, design, and execute formal test plans and procedures that verify and validate the software components used for the configuration and/or operation of Building Technology controls and peripherals.

Main responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute manual test procedures and test cases for new and/or existing products.
2. Design, develop and perform regression testing techniques and procedures to ensure product changes and features have been implemented successfully.
3. Generate comprehensive defect reports using defect tracking tools and liaise with software development.
4. Report project status, concerns and risks within the project to the project lead tester.
5. Participate in periodic software and overall system design reviews.
6. Assist project lead tester with detailed and well-structured test estimates to achieve highest overall processes and metrics.
7. Review defect tracking reports and change their statuses accordingly.
8. Attend defect tracking review meetings (CCB) and provide insight on defect reports and possible resolutions.
9. Assist in the mentoring of new employees and provide answers or solutions to other team members questions or concerns within the project.
10. Assist in the reviewing of engineering field trial and marketing field trial issues for ongoing projects.
11. Work with compliance and approvals to resolve any issues or concerns when testing and evaluating new and/or existing products.
12. Assist the Systems Integration group with evaluating plausible causes for field issues.
