Develop feasibility / concept studies, and detailed design of structural design of tall building projects - Retail, Residential and Commercial - Mid to High Rise buildings,
Structural design to international standards and codes ( Euro codes and the American International Building Codes)
Design and analysis of structures using FEM software like ETABS, SAFE, SOFiStiK, Rhino, ROBOT and Microsoft products
Working to internationally technical quality standards and delivering projects to time and budget.
Design and analysis of structures under Static & Dynamic loadings e.g. Gravity, Seismic, Wind & Impact loads etc.
Full scope working knowledge in design of concrete, steel and masonry structures using recognised codes and standards
Shall be responsible for his own work and work carried out by other engineers/CAD technicians in their project.
Act as Lead Engineer, Sparring and/or QA reviewer on projects.
Shall ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned tasks between all the disciplines.
Responsible for compliance with Organization's QA/QC procedures and implementation of procedures.
Liaising with international based customers and colleagues in a responsive and client focused manner.
