Understand manpower requirements of Clients for positions at all levels.
Manage Client meetings; Responsible for Client engagement and Account mining.
Talent search from various sources including portals, references, social media (Linkedin etc.) & job postings.
Screening of candidate resumes to assess fitment for position(s).
Evaluate candidates to assess suitability for position(s).
Send profiles of best-fit candidates to Clients.
Schedule candidate interviews with Clients.
Follow-up with Clients/ Candidates for coordination and feedback.
Salary negotiations with Candidates.
Manage pre-joining and post-joining engagement with Candidates. Provide replacements if necessary.
Manage data/ MIS related to Clients, Positions and Candidates. Consolidate and provide details when required.
Demonstrate ability to manage teams when required.
