Job Description

1. Must have experience in Pharma Solutions /domain led service delivery with good track record of managing the operations.
2. Experience in Pharma domain sales; in service area like CRO/BPO/KPO and have strong understanding of major markets like US, EU and APAC
3. 10 -15 yrs. of Clinical/Pharma domain experience
4. Experience in liaising with pre-sales, sales, Solutions& delivery teams
5. Understanding Pharma/clinical development service provider market like
a. Clinical Data services
b. Data Submission
c. Post Market Surveillance
6. Prior experience in conceptualizing and building new business practices / service lines in Clinical Development lifecycle and Services
7. Should be well versed with macro environment of the Healthcare Industry
8. Should have in depth understanding of various pricing models/ benchmark prices and industry benchmark metrics prevailing in the Pharma BPO
9. Creating customized Life science value proposition for customers
10. Prior experience in identifying, evaluating and building new alliance partnerships in Pharma
11. Experience in dealing with multiple stake holders in a large organization
12. Experience of managing delivery metrics in Pharmacovigilance, Data Services, Platform services
13. Knowledge of industry leading business solution like safety databases, ARGUS, Oracle etc.
14. Experience in managing reporting to internal & external/client strategic stakeholders
15. Experience of evaluating vendors
16. Experience in managing process improvement/excellence initiatives
