Job Description

Leading a team on client deliverables in a transactional and projec t based environment.
Managing service delivery for US clients.
Responsible for monitoring the various employee engagement initiatives like R&R's, One on ones .
Responsible for handling remote client and SLA Management.
Should act as a very strong point of contact for escalations.
Desired Profile
Candidate must have strong people management and client management skills.
Strong experience in Knowledge Transfer and Transition in BPO Industry. ( Health & Benefits domain)
Good knowledge about quality tools like six sigma, Lean.
Should be open for US shifts.
Preferred Female candidates.
