Experience 10-15 years of in Industrial Sales from the Metal (Aluminium /or Steel) Industry - Of this, 6-7 years should be in large sized Company with substantial Market Share in Flat Rolled / Long Products while the rest should be in medium sized ones.
A. B2B Proficient in Setting up & managing Sales and Distribution network across the region.
B2C Experienced in appointing channel partners (Stockiest, distributors, dealers, retailers etc.) and increasing distribution network.
B. Liasoning with Govt. Authorities and Institutions for Registration & follow up Customer Clearance of Samples etc.
C.Market intelligence gathering & segment analysis for evolving portfolio strategy.
D. Effectively launch new products and implement market development activities.
E. Ensure that regular and relevant communication is made with potential & existing business stakeholders (Cos., dealers, distributors etc.) across the defined market.
F. Should have handled a S & M team
