Manage a large team of 50-70 ISC finance professionals supporting multiple Strategic Business Units (SBU) and factories.
Own complete responsibility of Operations and Service Delivery of the ISC finance team. Support development of process standards and play the role of a gatekeeper to drive ongoing governance. Partner with global SBG ISC finance leaders to develop and execute strategic ISC roadmap. Drive continuous improvement via process automation, identify and implement self-service where applicable for the ISC / Factory information users. Drive the evolution of the ISC finance team to mature in the support of ISC / factory metrics and analysis to own end to end processes. Partner with the global SBG / SBU / Regional ISC finance leaders to drive high quality support to factory leadership teams in the following areas Inventory reporting and analytics, Cost management OEF / Indirect / cost center analysis. Purchase price variance reporting and analysis
