* Manage the complete recruitment cycle by sourcing the best talents through various sources.
* Involve in end to end payroll management.
* Timely planning and scheduling of performance appraisal process.
* Preparation of Human Resource Information system, policies etc.
* Coordinate with the HOD for developing balance score card for all the managerial staff.
* Organise and coordinate various programme for employee engagement and help in build healthy culture and maintain cordial employee relation.
* Good communication skills.
* Incumbent must have handled recruitment in high volume.
* The candidate must be from a company with mininum of 80 crores in business.
*Candidate must be strong in Statutory compliance and employee engagement activities.
