1. Candidate should have good knowledge of IT Recruitment.
2. Should have knowledge of using job portals, placing advertisement for various job openings, uses of social sites in recruitment.
3. Should be comfortable with working under pressure.
4. Should have knowledge of other HR generalist activities including Policy Designing, employee engagement etc.
5. Should perform proactive cold calling, database creation, mailings and reach out to the colleges and students for generation the leads for training.
