Drive the Performance Management Process as per the guidelines and in conjunction with timelines pre- established with all team.
Conduct workshops/working sessions on performance management process and goal setting for new incumbents or first time managers
Collate goals and act as the custodian for the goals defined post approval from the respective Team Members
Ensure that Annual Performance Management Process is conducted smoothly in a fair, transparent and timely manner
Co-ordinate normalization/calibration (as defined in the Performance Management Process)?
Design, execute and manage grievance redressal process in case of any grievance or concern related to Performance, Progression & Rewards Compensation Management
Design Compensation and Benefit plans framework to achieve employee attraction, motivation and retention objectives (ensuring internal and external equity)
Update internal grades and bands with changes in roles and structure?,Implement annual increment, bonus and compensation plan (as approved by the Leadership Team)
Liaise with independent consultants and industry colleagues to monitor competitive remuneration trends
Recommend appropriate compensation and benefits for employees (including various components of compensation relevant to different roles) Policy and Compliance Management
Ensure standardization and consistency in documentation and implementation of Human Resource practices & policies.
Manage policy (including HR manual) renewal (based on audit and feedback) at regular intervals
Ensure standard implementation of all policies, processes and benefit programs (leave, travel, medical insurance etc.) across the employee population, highlight variances in implementation, recommend corrective measures and implement the measures as required.
Ensure active communication and understanding of HR policies for all team members in entire organization
Maintain updated knowledge of relevant compliances that impact and design, implement and manage the plan
Manage co-ordination with agencies for compliance management HR-Based Administration Supervision
Supervising HR-Based Administration activities
Experience required - 5-6 years of related HR experience (experience in finance and/ or banking industry preferred) Threshold skills and capabilities required
Expertise in Performance Management and/or H R Policies, Processes and Benefit Programs Management and/or Compliance Management is desirable
Excellent communication and relationship management skills - facilitation, feedback, influencing & presentation skills
Proven experience in dealing with sensitive issues in a complex, rapidly changing environment
Ability to build trust, relationships and credibility quickly with people in various roles at all levels of the organization
Track record for delivering results through successful program design and implementation Other skills required
High proficiency with Microsoft Office
