Credit Rating system to be evolved for all Dealers for better credit management.
Drive retails focus strategic programs to improve dealer funding for Top 200 Dealers by visiting those dealerships.
Drive Top Dealers covering 80 % of volumes for End to End cash flow monitoring mechanism.
To drive working Capital improvement project which includes, Collection Skew improvement actions and cash flow linked retail tracking mechanism actions.
To drive various IT initiatives/Dash boards for the field team, to assess the credit risk of the dealers, raising Red alerts and take timely actions.
