Job Description


1. Prior experience (must) in B2B Sales/ Corporate Sales/ Institutional Sales/ Industrial Sales
2. Must have good communication skills
3. Should be self driven
4. Good Presentation Skills
5. Proven track record of superior sales targets achieved in previous organization
6. Incumbent should be able to thrive on targets and should be motivated to achieve them
7. Should be comfortable with negotiations, terms and conditions, pricing discussions and costing.
8. Thorough knowledge of MS Powerpoint & MS Excel is must
9. Should be a team player.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for development and implementation of business strategy plan for vertical / geography
2. Ensure own(individual) sales target is achieved
3. Ensure sales process is followed as per guidelines
4. Work along with operations and ensure site assessment is conducted, commercial proposal is prepared and commercial approval is taken
5. Ensure proposals are customized as per client requirement
6. Connect with top management of prospects and make presentations
7. Ensure agreements are signed before the site starts
8. Track competition activity
9. Ensure sales funnel is well developed at all times
