Job Description

- Recruitment

- Non Sales Verticals (Supply Chain, Production, R&D, Finance, Marketing, HR)

- Performance Management System

- Ensuring timeliness, awareness, calibration and training of employees on the process

- Employee Engagement (Gallup Q12)

- Administer the survey, analyze results, facilitate creation, implementation and monitoring of Action Plans

- Learning and Development

- Weaving the India agenda with Globe, design, communicate and implement Training Calendar; calculating training effectiveness y Kirk Patrick model

- Talent Management

- Design HiPo and implement LTR (Leadership Talent Review) as per Global guidelines

- Miscellaneous - HR analytics, Job Evaluation, HR Policies
