Interact with client stakeholders and analyze requirements
Perform Needs, Audience, and Task analysis
Design and present a solution (WBT, ILT, Blended, etc.)
Identify the Learning Objectives and create the Course Outline , Instructional Design Map , Curriculum and Instructional Strategies
Deep understanding of different learning styles , problem solving strategies and ID Models (ADDIE , Blooms Taxonomy , Gagne s Nine Events , ARCS , and Merill s First Principles of Instruction , etc.)
Script the storyboard and/or provide inputs to the visual design team and programming team to create the course GUIs , design guidelines , and share the programming specifications
Develop ILT, e-learning, mobile learning by using rapid authoring tools such as captivate 9, articulate storyline.
Deep experience in visual design principles, animation, UI design as used in the training environment
Impeccable English language skills with an attitude of zero defects in ALL deliverables
Review the various deliverables and should be responsible for the work quality and performance of the team
Work experience across large MNCs similar to Cisco
Ability to manage their own projects from a PM perspective
Openness to work across time zones when warranted by the project
Attitude perfection and to always go an extra mile
Consultative mindset and openness to receive feedback
Should have minimum 8 years of Core ID experience.
Should be able to join with in 15 Days of Notice Period.
Should be flexible working as a contractual employee.
