Heading HR & IR in India.
50% HR & 50% IR.
Implementing OD and strategic HR initiatives designed and planned by the Global HR, in India.
Responsible for Talent Acquisition across the Organisation in India.
Responsible for Training need assessment, training deliveries and measuring training effectiveness across the organisation in India.
Responsible for Performance Management processes and systems implementation across the company in India.
Responsible for Compensation & Benefits and Rewards & Recognition planning and implementation across the organisation in India.
Responsible for all employee engagement activities across the organisation in India.
Effective Management of Unions across the 10 plants in India.
Responsible for Industrial Relations and Compliance across Organisation in India.
