Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Human Resource Management
2. Timely recruitment's of field staff
3. Induction & Orientation of Field Staff
4. Training and Development of Field Staff
5. Formulating various policies and procedures for Field Staff
6. Implementing effective performance management systems
7. Formulating retention's strategies
8. Initiating effective compensation and incentives schemes
9. Handling various IR issues related to Field Staff
10. Handling legal and other general matters related to Field Staff
11. Handling all the matters related to Field Staff
12. Statutory Compliance

#More than 18 years of experience in HR. Last 5-6 yrs of handling Field Force (Sales Employees) in reputed Pharma industry is must. Should have handled all the matters related to pan India field force.

#Position : GM / Sr. GM - Field HR

#Reporting Position : Head HR / Director

#Age : Around 40 50 years, Gender - Male

#Qualification : Graduate + MBA in HR or LLB will be an added advantage
