Job Description

Job Purpose: To ensure timely & accurate payouts of incentives & contests. To monitor processes and systems for improvements and efficiencies Coordination with field for query resolution Key Responsibilities - Contest Validations Contest Validation of all channels Banca/ Agency/ POS as per the process post closure of contest & publishing the final result for payout; Contest Calendar to be published every month to all the stakeholders Payment of Employee Incentives Ensure accurate calculation of sales incentives for the eligible employees are handed over to HR as per TATs to enable timely processing of incentive Reporting MIS for Internal and regulators i) Ensure adequate provisioning is provided with respect Incentives and Contests ii) Ensure MIS reports for internal stakeholders as well as IRDA are accurately generated as per agreed frequency, iii) Analyzing reports to identify gaps & exception cases and appropriate steps taken to bridge such gaps Policy Transfer/ Code Corrections Make policy transfer/ IRM/ LG code changes as per set process based on requisite approvals Follow up on Incentive Recovery & Cost Control Prepare data of incentives paid on cancelled policies for necessary action by the stakeholders. Control cost by preventing revenue leakage wherever possible Process & System improvements i) Periodically review & modify processes, guidelines related to incentives & contests to keep up with changing business needs ii) Ensure proper risk assessment and reporting Managing channel queries, complaints & escalation Ensure all queries, complaints & escalations from the sales channels & sales support team are responded to within pre defined timelines & endeavour to resolve the complaints using appropriate solutions follow ups etc
