Job Description

Manage and lead all engineering activities within department including design, development and production issues 3. Responsible to run scrum related activities 4. Ensure the quality of code & deliverables 7. Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments 8. Provide inputs in strategic decisions 9. Resolve technical problems & escalations 10. Co-ordinate with stakeholders across departments to make sure their needs are being met 11. Maintain in-depth knowledge of IT industry best practices, technologies, architectures and emerging technologies 12. Energize team members towards organization vision, mission and goals
