Identify new prospects in the International region and generate segments wise new business.
Formulate business plan on new and existing products in the region of responsibility based on primary and secondary market data. This should be supported by a travel plan for market promotion and customer visit.
Collect competitive market feedback report on a regular basis.
Respond promptly and efficiently to sales enquiries sources through e-mails/ telephones/ Overseas exhibitions.
Identify customer application and share the details with the team members.
Generate price quotations and special offers in consultation with the team manager.
Share trends regarding new customer products with the team.
Conduct regular customer visit/calls co-ordinate and lease with other departments within the company to address customer requirement and feedback.
Plan and provide adequate technical support, training to customers/distributors.
Help, build and strengthen working relationship with customers and distributors.
Ensure that the database and yearly performance records of customer are kept up to date.
Submit customer market report on a weekly basis promptly.
Manage end to end sales tasks including recovery and associated activities.
Should be willing to travel extensively to serve customers.
Should have basic knowledge of electrical circuits and electronics.
Should have good knowledge of Export market procedures & documentation (Excise, Sales tax and Quotation).
Excellent Communication Skills with Fluency in written and Spoken English (Experience in any Foreign Language will be an added advantage.
Hands on experience in MS office, Knowledge of ERP systems, Project Management tools.
Should be good in negotiation skills.
